Resumen: Previamente al decreto de 1870, por el que don Benito Juárez García creó el Seminario Judicial de la Federación, varias publicaciones no oficiales difundieron criterios emitidos por los tribunales de la república.<br/>En este sentido, las variedades de jurisprudencia ofrecieron información sobre sentencias y registraron importantes documentos sobre hechos ocurridos en México entre 1850-1855, año este último en que la publicación cesó. La presente edición facsimilar permitirá revisar permitirá revisar cómo se divulgaba el quehacer de los tribunales federales cuando había medio oficial alguno de información jurisprudencial, así como acceder a texto ricos en erudición jurídica y preocupación por el devenir nacional.<br/> |
